with you and your team. I first became aware of your services through a
mailing you sent us shortly after we pulled our house off the MLS listings.
Not having any prior reference or personal recommendation, I must admit I
looked it over with a bit of skepticism. Several weeks passed (and I had
used it all for scrap paper) when I decided to call information and get your
number (again) "just to see" (as I told my husband :) ). From that first
phone call, to really every dealing I have had with you and your
professional staff, I have felt so confident in your advice, grateful for
your contacts (with contractors), and amazed at the organization level and
speed with which you operate. Being out of state landlords, 2,500 miles away
with a home which needed several repairs, it felt like a godsend to have you
tackle the issues, arrange for the contractors and even set it up so they
would be paid out of escrow! I wondered with the large volume that you deal
with that I might not get much time or attention with our measly little
transaction. To the contrary, I?ve been amazed how personally available you
have been and we immensely appreciated the thoroughness and the attention to
detail you yourself have given this deal.

work that needed to be done. Thank you for making sure the work was done
properly and that we could pay out of escrow. Thank you for the advertising
you did for an almost immediate offer(s). Thank you for our TWO full offers

Dear Peggy,
I decided to answer your recent request for an evaluation with the following
response, because a) my hand writing is difficult, at best, to read and b)
you deserve a more thoughtful response than I could provide on that form.
In my 62 years, I have met and worked with many persons on a professional
and personal level. Some of those experiences have been less than
satisfactory, to say the least. Some have been very good and the vast
majority, have been simply satisfactory.
Two plus years ago, Susie went on an internet search to find a real estate
agent which she felt we would be able to work with. We wanted someone who we
could put our complete trust in due to our distant location. She found you
and she felt that she was able to bond with you immediately and when we met
with you in Portland, we felt that we had met the right person.
Immediately, you were able to understand our needs and wants and able to put
up with our peculiarities and help us to find the right property. You
negotiated a fair deal for us and made the entire process smooth and
comfortable.
During the subsequent years, you were available to us for information and
counsel and we were able to meet with you, on a very busy day for you, to
visit and provide us with some ideas about retirement in the Portland area,
without any expectation of business. We had previously used some of valuable
time to look at a property in which we did nothing.
Then last summer, we came to Portland to look at another property and were
ecstatic to learn that you had just obtained your license in Washington so
that we could expand our search to accommodate our needs to help our son and
his family.
We went home and you found a property in Washington which we never saw. Our
son and his wife wanted it, but we had never seen it. However since you
recommended it and told us it was the right choice to fit our financial and
family needs, we went ahead and made the deal which you and your office
staff made happen. The whole process went smoothly and with your counsel we
made the right financing choice.
Many of our friends thought that we were less than sane to make such a
decision, sight unseen. However, Susie and I felt more than comfortable,
that simply with your direction and guidance that we were making the right
decision.
Peggy, there is no one else I can think of whom I would trust to make such a
decision for us. You are a fine businesswoman, good person and a delight for
which to do business.
When we retire, we will in all likelihood move to Portland/Vancouver area
and we will once again be in need of your services.
Consequently, I am please to respond to this request for an evaluation of

To Anyone Looking for a Realtor:
We found the very best there is! Her name is Peggy Hoag. She and her staff
are excellent in all they do. Peggy is walking, talking integrity and to us
that is the highest possible praise.
We had a very small deal compared to most. We had a sloped lot just under an
